Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy
Psychedelic – Assisted Psychotherapy integration services offer a safe, non-judgmental, and confidential space to process non-ordinary states and their potential for personal transformation.
Psychedelic – Assisted Psychotherapy is a process following the experience of non-ordinary states of consciousness, where we will explore, unpack and integrate the challenges, and insights that arise during a psychedelic experience.
The holistic process can include body-mind and spirit approaches to help increase the potential for potential transformations that psychedelics offer. Professional support results in successfully integrating new insights into our lives in a healthy and meaningful way.
Psychedelic – Assisted Psychotherapy services include modalities like somatic therapy, art therapy, trauma-informed therapy, archetypal psychology, and transpersonal approaches.
The Integration therapy sessions can offer guidance for self-guided preparation and integration ahead of a psychedelic experience or professional integration support for a past psychedelic experience.
I do not provide, condone, or support the use of illegal substances. There are significant legal and medical risks associated with the casual use of psychedelics. These risks are amplified for people who are already experiencing mental health difficulties.
If during the sessions, I detect a mental health condition that is out of my scope of practice as an AMFT, I will refer the client out for appropriate services.
“The psyche of the individual is commensurate with the totality of creative energy. This requires a most radical revision of Western psychology.”— Stanislav Grof
